Three things have to happen to make this program effective:
1. Help faculty express to the student what they want
2. Help the students to follow the assignments and do the work
3. Help to evaluate the students
· If it is clear to the faculty how to do these three things, then sustainability might not be a problem.
· Publishing and clearly documenting expectations is CRITICAL (in written and oral communications).

I think one goal is to link any writing task in the major to an experience from their comp courses.
